RAM Modelling
Using RAM modelling, our specialists can help you identify design enhancements to improve reliability and availability of your systems. We can also derive RAM and Safety requirements and provide verifiable data that used to support a demonstration the risks have been reduced so far as is reasonably practicable.

Fault Tree Analysis
Our Engineers have extensive knowledge over multiple industries conducting fault tree analysis. We can interrogate the results to work out single point failures and which combination of faults has the biggest influence.
Bow tie analysis
We can conduct bow tie workshops and extract relevant information from hazard logs to generate a bow tie. Bow ties are increasing popularity to describe hazards in a more visual format to enable ease of comprehension.
Hazard Log Management
We can manage Hazard logs, we have bespoke software which enables the hazard log data to be presented in a variety of ways to meet your specific needs.
Hazard analysis workshops
We can facilitate hazard analysis workshops, whether it be a Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), System Hazard Analysis (SHA), Sub System Hazard Analysis (SSHA) or an Operating & Support Hazard Analysis (O&SHA). We can identify the most appropriate methodology to be used and produce a workshop report which should be used to update the Hazard Log.
Progress tracking database
We can set up a progress tracking database to ensure all actions are captured and monitored. This information can be displayed in a dashboard that can be specialised to fulfil the client's needs.
